We are pleased to welcome Michael Jefferies to our role of General Manager – Property. Michael joins our kaimahi on 14 August 2023.

Michael joins our wider Property team as we look to the exciting future with the Rangiuru Business Park and our other future developments as well as a strong focus on asset management. Michael will also join our Senior Leadership Team as part of his broader remit.

Michael has worked as a Senior Development Manager for Eke Panuku Development Auckland (a Council Controlled organisation), responsible for the management of the joint venture between Auckland Council and NZ Super Fund, as well as counting the developments in the Waterfront/Wynyard Quarter and Northcote amongst his achievements.

A valuer by trade, Michael has also worked with the Todd Property Group, QIC and Stride Property Group, either in development or acquiring major property investments, such as the Remarkables Park Town Centre in Queenstown and the Northwest Shopping Centre in Auckland.

Originally from the Waikato, Michael and his family are looking forward to moving down to the Bay of Plenty from Auckland, which will allow them to be closer to family and mountain biking trails for some adventure!
