New Director appointment for Quayside Board

It is with great pleasure that Quayside Holding Limited (Quayside) announces the appointment by the Bay of Plenty Regional Council (BOPRC) of Councillor Anna Grayling to the Board of Quayside.  Quayside is a Council Controlled Trading Organisation of the Bay of Plenty Regional Council.  We welcome Anna Grayling to the Quayside Board, effective from 16 December 2025.

Anna brings more than 20 years’ experience working in and alongside local government, holding senior advisory and management roles across environmental planning, economic development, investment and programme governance. With a background in law, ecology and project management, she is widely regarded for her ability to navigate the intersection of strategy, regulation, community expectations and commercial decision-making.

Over the past six years, Anna has provided strategic advice to clients in the property development and planning sector, combining practical, on-the-ground experience with a strong focus on intergenerational stewardship and regional outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Science, an Environmental Law degree and a postgraduate in Management, equipping her with a robust foundation in regulatory frameworks and commercial leadership.

Quayside Board Chair Mark Wynne said, “Anna’s regulatory property experience, legal expertise and business acumen will be invaluable to Quayside’s work.
