Danielle Auld is a Chartered Director with more than 24 years’ experience in financial markets and banking, alongside a strong governance track record across Crown entities, council‑controlled organisations and the not‑for‑profit sector.
She currently chairs the Risk, Assurance and Finance Committee at Rotorua Regional Airport Limited, and sits on Inland Revenue’s Risk and Assurance Committee.
Quayside Board Chair Mark Wynne said, “We welcome Danielle to the Board. Danielle’s background in financial services, regulatory compliance, infrastructure and experience navigating complex environments will complement the Board’s work. She brings relevant experience in balancing commercial objectives with community expectations.”
Danielle has also served as Deputy Chair of Bay of Plenty Community Trust, and as a Board Adviser to the National Provident Fund, working within high‑accountability environments and alongside central and local government stakeholders.
Alongside her governance roles, Danielle is Managing Director of Balance Wealth Limited, where she oversees investment portfolios and regulatory compliance for high‑value clients.
“On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Kieran for her significant contribution as Audit and Risk Committee Chair,” said Chair Mark Wynne.
