Quayside is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Allen as Chair of the Quayside Holdings Ltd Board and Danielle Auld as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective from 1 October 2026.

Michael and Danielle bring significant experience and governance expertise to their new roles, and the Board looks forward to their leadership as Quayside continues to deliver long-term value for the Bay of Plenty region.

The Board also acknowledges the significant contribution of outgoing Chair, Mark Wynne and outgoing Audit and Risk Committee Chair, Keiran Horne. Through their leadership and commitment, both have played an important role in strengthening Quayside’s governance and supporting the organisation’s strategic direction.
